ustom Printed Stickers for Branding, Packaging, and Retail Products
Make your brand more visible with custom printed stickers designed for packaging, products, promotions, and everyday labeling. From simple logo stickers to detailed full-color graphics, our stickers can be customized in materials, shapes, sizes, printing, finishes, and adhesive options.
Suitable for clothing packaging, hang tags, shopping bags, gift boxes, bottles, stationery, promotional materials, and selected product surfaces, custom stickers provide a flexible way to display your brand and communicate useful information.
Material Options for Different Applications
The sticker material affects appearance, flexibility, print clarity, durability, and application performance. Depending on the design, options may include:
Paper stickers: Suitable for cartons, paper bags, hang tags, envelopes, and indoor packaging.
Clear film stickers: Allow the background surface to remain visible around the printed design.
White film stickers: Provide an opaque background for strong color contrast.
Kraft paper stickers: Offer a natural paper appearance for casual, handmade, and eco-style packaging.
Synthetic film stickers: Suitable for applications requiring greater flexibility or resistance to handling conditions.
Metallic-effect stickers: Create gold, silver, or other reflective visual effects.
A material’s appearance does not automatically guarantee waterproofing, outdoor durability, scratch resistance, or recyclability. These requirements should be specified separately and evaluated on the finished construction.
Custom Shapes, Sizes, and Cutting
Choose standard circles, squares, rectangles, ovals, or custom die-cut outlines based on your logo or artwork.
Options may include:
Kiss-cut stickers on a backing sheet.
Individually cut stickers.
Roll labels for repeated application.
Full-bleed designs with a printed background.
Stickers with rounded corners or special edge shapes.
Multiple designs arranged on one sheet.
The finished size, bleed, safe area, and cutting line should be confirmed during artwork preparation. Small details and narrow points may require adjustment to maintain clean cutting and easy removal from the backing liner.
Professional Printing and Brand Artwork
Personalize your stickers with logos, illustrations, product information, barcodes, QR codes, slogans, or promotional graphics. Printing options may include one-color, spot-color, CMYK full-color, and other processes compatible with the selected material.
For clear stickers, white ink or a solid underlayer may be considered to improve opacity and contrast. Transparent backgrounds can produce different results depending on the surface beneath the sticker.
Artwork should be supplied in a suitable file format where possible. Vector artwork is recommended for logos and text, while high-resolution raster artwork is required for detailed images.
Color references can help communicate your expectations, but the final appearance may vary with the material, surface texture, ink, and viewing conditions. A physical proof is recommended for important brand colors.
Surface Finishes and Decorative Effects
Depending on the material and application, finishing options may include:
Matte finish for a softer, low-reflection appearance.
Gloss finish for stronger color and surface shine.
Spot UV for selected high-gloss details.
Foil effects for metallic highlights.
Embossed or raised details for added texture.
Laminated surfaces for selected protection requirements.
Holographic or specialty effects where available.
Finishes can affect flexibility, adhesive behavior, surface feel, cost, and recycling considerations. The complete combination should be approved through a sample where the finish is important.
Adhesive Selection
Adhesive selection should match the application surface and intended use. Options may include permanent or removable adhesives where suitable.
Performance depends on:
Surface material and texture.
Cleanliness and smoothness.
Temperature and humidity.
Curvature and product shape.
Contact time.
Handling and abrasion.
Surface coatings, oils, or release agents.
Smooth coated paper, plastic, glass, metal, fabric, cardboard, and textured surfaces may require different adhesive constructions. A sticker suitable for packaging may not be suitable for direct application to clothing or delicate surfaces.
For garment use, test the sticker on the actual fabric and check adhesion, removal, residue, discoloration, and possible damage. “Residue-free” or “safe for all surfaces” should only be claimed when supported for the specified application.
Suitable Applications
Custom stickers can be used for:
Clothing bags and garment packaging.
Hang tags and product cards.
Gift boxes and mailing cartons.
Brand seals and packaging closures.
Product identification and size marking.
Promotional giveaways and event materials.
Bottles, jars, stationery, and retail products.
QR codes, barcodes, and inventory labels.
A standard adhesive sticker should not automatically be used as a tamper-evident seal, permanent garment label, or outdoor label unless the construction has been designed and tested for that purpose.
Sample Approval and Quality Review
Before bulk production, confirm the material, dimensions, shape, cutting method, adhesive, artwork, finish, liner, and supply format against an approved sample.
Relevant checks can include:
Color consistency and print clarity.
Cutting accuracy and edge condition.
Easy separation from the liner.
Adhesion on the intended surface.
Resistance to expected rubbing and handling.
Barcode or QR code readability.
Appearance after storage and application.
Specific requirements for water exposure, outdoor use, temperature, abrasion, removal, or restricted substances should be agreed before production.
Request a Custom Quotation
Send us your artwork, required size and shape, quantity, preferred material, adhesive type, finish, application surface, and delivery destination. Include any requirements for rolls, sheets, individual pieces, barcode printing, or special packaging so suitable options can be reviewed.

Custom stickers can be supplied as rolls, sheets, or individually cut pieces with release liners. The packing format should match your application method, storage conditions, and labeling equipment.
Packaging options can include:
Sheet packing: Suitable for manual application and mixed designs.
Roll packing: Suitable for repeated application or compatible dispensing equipment.
Individual-piece packing: Useful for promotional distribution or separately handled products.
Separate design packing: Different sizes, colors, and artwork versions packed separately.
Surface protection: Interleaving or protective wrapping where needed to reduce rubbing and pressure marks.
Roll identification: Core size, winding direction, label spacing, and quantity shown where required.
Carton identification: Product references, quantities, dimensions, and batch details clearly marked.
For roll orders, confirm the core diameter, maximum roll diameter, winding direction, label orientation, and spacing before production.
Final packing quantities, carton dimensions, net weight, and gross weight are confirmed after the product and packing specifications are approved.
Store stickers in their original protective packaging, away from direct sunlight, moisture, excessive heat, dust, and heavy pressure. Recommended storage conditions and shelf life should follow the selected material and adhesive specifications.
