We treat badges as precision identity products—easily scratched, bent or contaminated. Every order is packed to arrive at your organization flat, clean and ready to use.

Inner Packaging:

• Each batch of badges is sealed in a clear OPP poly bag, usually 50 / 100 pcs per bag depending on size.

• Metal and enamel badges are individually wrapped in tissue paper or poly bags to prevent surface scratching and plating tarnishing.

• Pin-backed badges have their pins covered with a small plastic cap to prevent snagging other badges.

• Heat-seal badges keep their protective release paper intact.

• Thin tissue paper between layers prevents surface scuffing.

• A rigid cardboard sheet under and on top of each stack prevents bending and deformation.

• Every bag is labeled with product name, size, color, quantity, PO number and item code.

Outer Packaging:

• Five-layer double-wall corrugated export cartons.

• PE inner liner bag for moisture protection.

• Each carton kept under 15–18 kg.
