Patches Packaging

We treat patches as precision 3D products—easily scratched, crushed, contaminated or deformed. That is why every order goes through a multi-stage packaging process designed to arrive at your factory flat, clean and ready to use.

1. Inner Packaging

Individual poly bag packing:

• Each batch of patches is sealed in a clear OPP self-adhesive poly bag.

• Standard quantity per bag: 50 / 100 / 200 pcs, depending on patch size.

• Small or delicate patches are packed 50 pcs/bag to avoid over-stacking; larger patches are packed 100–200 pcs/bag.

Backing protection:

• Iron-on and heat-seal patches keep their protective release paper (silicone liner) fully intact, so the adhesive stays clean, dust-free and ready to press.

• Self-adhesive patches also retain their peel-off liner to prevent premature sticking.

• Velcro-backed patches are protected with a clear film to keep hooks and loops clean.

Surface protection:

• A thin tissue paper sheet is placed between every layer of patches to prevent surface scratching, especially for:

• Embroidered patches (thread snags)

• Silicone and PVC patches (surface scuffing)

• PU leather patches (foil stamping and embossing marks)

• Metallic thread patches are individually wrapped in tissue to prevent tarnishing and friction marks.

Stack protection:

• A rigid cardboard sheet is placed under the bottom of each stack and on top of the stack to prevent bending, deformation and edge crushing.

• Corner protectors are added on four corners for orders with large or thick patches.

Bag labeling:

• Every bag carries a white adhesive sticker printed with:

• Product name and item code

• Patch size

• Pantone color number

• Quantity

• PO / order number

• This makes your receiving, sorting and QC fast and error-free.

3. Outer Carton

• Carton type: Five-layer double-wall corrugated kraft export cartons.

• Carton dimensions: Typical 42 × 32 × 28 cm / 45 × 35 × 35 cm, custom sizes available.

• Inner liner: A PE waterproof bag lines the entire carton to protect patches from humidity, rain and sea-air moisture during ocean freight.

• Divider boards: Corrugated dividers inside the carton separate stacks and prevent shifting.

• Weight control: Each carton kept under 15–18 kg for easy handling by warehouse staff.

• Sealing: H-shaped packing tape on both top and bottom, fully sealed.

• Pallet option: Standard export fumigation-free pallets available for large orders, with stretch film wrapping.

Every carton is clearly printed on the outside with waterproof black ink:

5. Sample Packaging

• Samples placed in a rigid cardboard mailer or branded envelope to avoid bending.

• Includes a printed spec sheet showing material, size, color, backing and craft details.

• Sent via DHL / FedEx / UPS with tracking number provided immediately.
