Packaging Overview

At GUANGZHOU HENGWANG GARMENT ACCESSORIES CO., LTD., we treat packaging as the final quality control step—not an afterthought. Every order of woven labels, printed labels, hang tags, and garment accessories goes through a standardized, multi-layer packaging process designed to keep your products clean, undamaged, well-organized, and ready for your production line the moment you open the box.

Whether you order 500 pcs or 5 million pcs, our packaging follows the same rigorous standard: moisture-proof, dust-proof, neatly sorted, clearly labeled, and export-ready.

1. Inner Packaging – Individual Poly Bags

Each batch of labels is first folded or cut to size, then bundled neatly and sealed in a clear OPP (oriented polypropylene) self-adhesive bag or PE zip-lock bag.

Standard inner packing details:

• Quantity per bag: Usually 100 / 200 / 500 / 1000 pcs per bag, based on label size and your requirement. Small or delicate labels are packed 100 pcs/bag; larger or bulk orders are packed 500–1000 pcs/bag.

• Bundling: Folded labels are neatly stacked and held with a small rubber band or a paper belly band to prevent shifting and tangling during transit.

• Bag labels: Every bag carries a small white adhesive sticker printed with: product name, size, Pantone color code, quantity, PO number, and item code—so your warehouse team can identify each item at a glance.

• Material: Food-grade, dust-free OPP bags. No loose threads, no stains, no mixed colors inside.

2. Middle Packaging – Moisture & Cushion Protection

Before cartoning, all poly bags are layered inside the export carton:

• Moisture protection: A PE waterproof liner bag is placed inside the outer carton to protect labels from humidity, rain, and sea-air corrosion during ocean freight.

• Divider paper: Tissue paper or kraft separator sheets are inserted between layers to prevent labels from rubbing against each other and to keep bundles tidy.

• Cushioning: Corner protectors or foam padding are added for orders with large or fragile items (such as rigid hang tags, leather patches, or metal accessories) to avoid crushing.

• Weight control: Each carton is kept under 15–18 kg to ensure easy handling by warehouse staff and to comply with most warehouse weight limits.

3. Outer Carton – Standard Export Shipping Carton

We use five-layer corrugated export cartons (double-wall) for all overseas shipments, built to withstand international handling, pallet loading, and long-haul transport.

• Labels are wound on a sturdy white cardboard core (inner diameter 40 mm / 76 mm available).

• Each roll is wrapped in a poly bag to keep it clean and dust-free.

• Rolls are packed vertically in the carton (not stacked flat) to prevent deformation.

• Standard roll length: 500 – 5000 pcs per roll, customizable.

6. Sample Packaging
