3D embossed labels are raised, three-dimensional products—easily scratched, crushed or surface-damaged. Every order is packed to protect the relief, the surface and the backing.
Inner Packaging:
Each batch is sealed in a clear OPP poly bag, usually 50 / 100 pcs per bag depending on size.
Embossed PU leather labels are individually wrapped in tissue paper to protect the embossed surface and foil stamping.
Silicone and PVC labels are separated by tissue paper to prevent surface sticking and pressure marks on the raised relief.
Heat-seal labels keep their protective release paper intact.
A rigid cardboard sheet is placed under and on top of each stack to prevent flattening of the 3D relief.
Corner protectors on thick or large labels to avoid edge crushing.
Every bag is labeled with product name, size, color, quantity, PO number and item code.
Outer Packaging:
Five-layer double-wall corrugated export cartons.
PE inner liner bag for moisture protection.
Each carton kept under 15–18 kg.
H-shaped packing tape sealing on top and bottom.
Cartons clearly marked with "FRAGILE", "KEEP DRY", "DO NOT CRUSH".
Pallet service available, fumigation-free.
