Heat transfer labels are delicate—their adhesive side must stay clean, dry and undamaged until pressing. Every order is packed to protect the film, the release liner and the adhesive.
Inner Packaging:
Each batch is sealed in a clear OPP poly bag, usually 100 / 200 / 500 pcs per bag depending on size.
The protective release liner (silicone backing paper) is kept fully intact on every transfer, so the adhesive stays clean and ready to press.
Transfers are stacked face-up (printed side up) to prevent the adhesive side from sticking to other surfaces.
Thin tissue paper is placed between layers to prevent film sticking and surface scratching.
Large or flexible transfers are interleaved with separator paper to avoid bending.
Every bag carries a sticker with product name, size, color, quantity, PO number and pressing instructions (temperature, time, pressure).
Outer Packaging:
Five-layer double-wall corrugated export cartons.
PE inner liner bag for moisture protection—heat transfer adhesive is sensitive to humidity.
Each carton kept under 15–18 kg.
H-shaped packing tape sealing on top and bottom.
Cartons clearly marked with "KEEP DRY", "HANDLE WITH CARE", "STORE IN COOL PLACE".
Pallet service available, fumigation-free.
Storage note included:We include a small instruction sheet in every carton with recommended pressing parameters and storage advice, so your production team gets perfect results every time.
