Packaging Overview

At GUANGZHOU HENGWANG GARMENT ACCESSORIES CO., LTD., we understand that coffee labels are precision products that must run smoothly on automatic labeling machines. That is why every order is packed with machine-ready care—tension-controlled rolls, dust-free wrapping, moisture protection, and clear carton labeling—so your labels arrive ready to load straight onto your applicator, without dust, deformation, or mis-feeds.

Whether you order 1,000 roll labels or 1 million, our packaging follows the same standard: clean, dry, neatly sorted, and export-ready.

1. Roll Packaging (Standard for Coffee Labels)

Most coffee labels are supplied in rolls for automatic labeling machines. Each roll is prepared with care:

Core size: Standard 76 mm (3 inch) inner diameter core; 40 mm core available on request to match your machine.

Winding tension: Controlled tension during rewinding to avoid label edge waviness and adhesive ooze.

Roll wrapping: Each roll is individually wrapped in a clear PE poly bag to keep it dust-free, moisture-proof, and clean.

End caps: Cardboard end caps are added on both sides of every roll to protect the label edges from crushing during transit.

Leader / trailer tape: White leader tape and trailer tape are included on request for auto-feeder loading.

Quantity per roll: 500 – 5,000 pcs per roll depending on label size; we can split or combine rolls to match your run length.

Roll diameter: Kept under 300 mm max to fit most standard label dispensers.

2. Inner Carton Packing

Rolls are packed upright (vertically, not flat-stacked) inside the export carton to prevent deformation:

Divider boards: Corrugated dividers separate rolls inside the carton, keeping them from knocking against each other.

Cushioning: Corner foam or bubble padding fills empty space to stop rolls from shifting during transit.

Waterproof liner: A PE inner bag lines the carton to block humidity and sea-air moisture.

Weight control: Each carton kept under 15–18 kg for easy handling.

Bag labels: For orders with mixed labels (different SKUs, sizes, or roasts), every roll and every inner bag carries a sticker showing: product name, size, Pantone color, quantity, PO number, and item code.

3. Sheet / Cut Label Packaging

For sheet labels or individually cut stickers:

Neatly stacked and interleaved with separator paper to prevent sticking.

Wrapped in kraft paper and sealed in a poly bag.

Heavy corrugated boards placed on top and bottom of the stack to avoid corner crushing.

4. Outer Carton – Standard Export Carton

We use five-layer double-wall corrugated kraft cartons for all overseas shipments:
