3. PU Leather Patches

4. 3D Silicone Patches

Patches Packaging

We treat patches as precision 3D products—easily scratched, crushed or contaminated. Every order is packed to arrive at your factory flat, clean and ready to use.

Inner packing:

• Each batch of patches is sealed in a clear OPP poly bag, usually 50 / 100 / 200 pcs per bag depending on size.

• Iron-on and heat-seal patches keep their protective release paper intact, so adhesive stays clean and ready to press.

• Tissue paper is placed between layers to prevent surface scratching, especially for embroidered and silicone patches.

• A rigid cardboard sheet is placed under and on top of each stack to prevent deformation and edge crushing.

• Every bag is labeled with product name, size, color, quantity, PO number and item code.

Outer packing:

• Five-layer double-wall corrugated export cartons.

• PE inner liner bag inside each carton for moisture protection.

• Each carton kept under 15–18 kg for easy handling.

• H-shaped packing tape sealing on top and bottom.

• Cartons clearly marked with company name, PO number, carton number, gross/net weight and handling symbols.
