Hang Tag Packaging

We know that hang tags are a precision-printed product—one scratch, one bent corner, or one smudged foil stamping and the tag is ruined. That is why every order goes through a dedicated packaging process designed to keep your tags flat, clean, scratch-free and ready to use the moment you open the box.

Inner Packaging

• Individual poly bags: Every batch of tags is sealed in a clear OPP or PE bag, usually 100 / 200 / 500 pcs per bag depending on tag size.

• Separator paper: A thin tissue or kraft sheet is placed between every 100 pieces to prevent surface scratching, foil rubbing and ink transfer.

• String pre-threading: If you order pre-threaded tags (string, ribbon or eyelet attached), we bundle them neatly and wrap the string ends with a small paper band to prevent tangling.

• Bag labels: Each bag carries a sticker showing product name, size, color, quantity, PO number and item code for easy identification.

Corner & Surface Protection

• Corner boards: Thick card corners are placed on all four corners of each stack to prevent crushing during transit.

• Top and bottom boards: A rigid cardboard sheet is placed on top and bottom of every stack so tags do not bend or warp.

• Soft-touch / foil tags: Tags with soft-touch lamination, hot foil or embossing are wrapped in individual tissue paper to prevent surface sticking and scratching.

Outer Carton

• Five-layer double-wall corrugated kraft cartons for export.

• PE inner liner bag inside each carton for moisture protection during sea freight.

• Weight control: Each carton kept under 15–18 kg for easy handling.

• H-shaped packing tape sealing on both top and bottom.

• Pallet service available for large orders, with fumigation-free export pallets.

Carton Marking

Every carton is clearly printed with waterproof black ink: company name, consignee, PO number, carton number (C/NO. 1–X), gross/net weight, dimensions and handling symbols ("KEEP DRY", "THIS SIDE UP", "FRAGILE").
